My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location was quite convenient being just off the highway, and the price was fair, but there were some major issues with the rooms and dining experience. The staff, however, were pleasant and helpful.

The room I was allocated was disappointing; it had dirty linen in the bathroom area, black mold in the shower, and was infested with black ants. I had to go to the front desk for simple amenities like coffee cups, and the furniture was outdated. Not the most comfortable stay.

Despite a mix-up with the payment method that overdraw my account, the staff were nice and accommodating. However, there was one member who seemed unprofessional as they were in casual attire.
